The fully-funded scholarships at the Tallinn University of Technology are now open for applications. International students are also eligible to apply. 2# Scholarships at the University of Tartu:
Those Ph.D. candidates who are pursuing a Ph.D. at the University of Tartu in Estonia can apply for these scholarships. International students are eligible for these awards as well. The scholarship benefits are:
- A full tuition fee waiver
- A monthly grant of 660 EUR
- A performance-based stipend of 400 EUR per month.

3# Research Awards of the Estonian Institute:
These scholarships by the Estonian Institute are for students at the master’s, doctoral and post-doctoral levels. In order to get the scholarship, the candidates will have to submit a research paper about Estonia. This is a generous scholarship that can cover the recipients, academic, research, and living costs. The purpose of this scholarship is to foster research about Estonian culture and civilization. The awardees will be given a monthly stipend of 500 EUR per month along with reimbursements for travel costs incurred for research purposes.
4# Scholarships by the Estonian Academy of Music and Theatre:
These scholarships are for students at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels. The maximum tuition fee waiver given will be 50%. The Dora Scholarship at the Estonian Academy gives out a monthly stipend to master’s students for a year. The stipend amount is 350 EUR which is given for the whole academic session i.e., September till June.
5# National Scholarship program of Estonia:
The National Scholarship program funded by the government of Estonia is for international students, faculty members, and researchers who want to come to Estonia for higher studies or for doing advanced research. Students at or beyond the master’s level can apply for these scholarships. The scholarship is given in the form of a monthly stipend of 350 EUR. It doesn’t cover any other costs like tuition, accommodation, and/or healthcare. The applying candidates should have good enough academic/research records and should score well on language tests.
6# Government of Estonia Scholarships:
These scholarships are given to students wanting to take up short-term training or vocational courses at any one of the following universities in Estonia.

The scholarship awards a 50% tuition fee waiver, the worth of which is 500 EUR. It also gives 50 EUR each day to the scholarship holders so that they can set off their living expenses to some extent.
